Order placement and payment
Goods are assembled and dispatched after the order has been paid and the payment has been received in the bank account of ITT Group OÜ. An order confirmation is sent to your email address. You can view the order status and download the invoice:
- as a registered user: in the “Order history” section on the “My account” page;
- as a guest: on the “Guest orders” page.
Delivery
Goods are delivered on business days (Mon–Fri). There are no deliveries on public holidays.
Delivery methods
- Omniva parcel terminal;
- Omniva courier.
By default we use Omniva services. You can choose the delivery method when placing the order. The shipping cost is fixed and is shown before you confirm the order, according to the selected delivery method.
It is not possible to pick up goods in person.
Delivery time
Goods in stock usually arrive within 2–4 business days of payment being received. All products that can be added to the cart are in stock unless stated otherwise.
User account and registration
You can place an order as a registered user or as a guest. When creating an account, please provide accurate and complete details, including:
- first and last name;
- country of residence;
- mobile phone number;
- any other required contact details.
Accounts created with false or incomplete information (including automatically generated bot accounts) are deleted without prior notice.
