Methods of Receiving Goods
The collection and transportation of goods generally take place after the payment for the order has been made and the funds have been received in the ITT Group OÜ bank account. Payment for the goods can be made based on the order confirmation, which will be sent to your email address.
You can view your order and download the invoice in the "Order History" section on the "My Account" page in our store. If you do not have a registered customer account and made a guest purchase, you can view your order on the "Guest Orders" page in our store.
Goods are delivered to customers on business days (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries are not made on national holidays.
Omniva Parcel Machine
By default, we use the Omniva parcel machine service for product transportation. The service fee depends on the quantity of goods, and the exact cost is stated on the invoice.
Courier Delivery
By default, orders are delivered to customers using Omniva courier service. The service fee depends on the quantity of goods, and the exact cost is stated on the invoice.
Delivery Time
Products in stock usually arrive within 2-4 business days. All products that can be added to the shopping cart are available in stock.
Ordering from the E-store
To purchase from the e-store, you can either register as an e-store user or place an order without registration.
When registering, please provide correct information, including your first and last name, country of residence, and phone number, along with other necessary details. Incorrectly registered users (mainly created by bots) will be deleted without prior notice.
