ITT Group OÜ E-store User Agreement

ITT Group OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider), registration code 10665887, and the customer who places an order in the ITT Group OÜ e-store (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) enter into this E-store User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

1. Validity of Terms

1.1. The Sales Terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the Customers of the ITT Group OÜ e-store and the Service Provider.

1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of products through ITT Group OÜ are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The Service Provider has the right to make changes to the offered E-store services at any time.

1.4. The information available in the E-store may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors.

1.5. By placing an order in the ITT Group OÜ e-store and paying for the goods, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the Sales Terms.

2. Pricing

2.1. The prices of products sold in the ITT Group OÜ e-store are displayed in euros (€) and include 22% VAT, but do not include shipping costs.

2.2. The Service Provider has the right to change product prices at any time as needed. If the prices in the e-store are changed after the Customer has placed and paid for an order, the Service Provider is obliged to deliver the products at the prices valid at the time of the order.

2.3. Depending on the chosen delivery method, an additional shipping fee may apply to the purchased products. The shipping fee is indicated in both the order confirmation and the invoice.

2.4. On the invoice, prices are shown excluding VAT, with VAT calculated separately, and the total price including VAT is provided.

3. Placing an Order

3.1. The Customer’s order is created when they click on the “Add to Cart” link under a specific product.

3.2. To proceed with checkout, the Customer must click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

3.3. To complete the purchase, the Customer must enter accurate personal information.

3.4. When placing an order, the Customer must choose a preferred delivery method from the "Shipping Method" section.

3.5. To pay for the order, the Customer must choose a payment method from the "Select Payment Method" section.

3.6. Before submitting the order, the Customer can review and modify the order if necessary.

3.7. After submitting the order, the Customer cannot change the order details independently. To modify the order, the Customer must contact ITT Group OÜ by sending an email to info@robolabor.ee.

3.8. The sales contract is deemed to be concluded after the payment is received in the ITT Group OÜ bank account. If the Customer fails to pay within 10 days of invoice issuance, the order and invoice will be canceled.

4. Receiving Goods

4.1. After the Agreement enters into force (i.e., after the payment is received in ITT Group OÜ’s account), the products will be delivered according to the method chosen by the Customer.

4.2. If the Customer has selected courier delivery, the courier company will contact the Customer to arrange the delivery time.

4.3. Before accepting the goods, the Customer is advised to inspect the packaging and product to avoid later complaints. If visible damage is found, the Customer must immediately notify ITT Group OÜ. By signing the courier’s delivery document, the Customer confirms that the packaging was intact upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer should refuse the delivery and notify ITT Group OÜ.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. If the Customer wishes to cancel an order after placing it but before receiving the goods, they must inform ITT Group OÜ as soon as possible.

5.2. After receiving the products, the Customer has 14 days (in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act) to inspect the goods. If the Customer wishes to return the products and withdraw from the Agreement, they must notify ITT Group OÜ within 14 days, ensuring that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

5.3. If the order is canceled as per Section 5.1 or withdrawn as per Section 5.2, the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

5.4. If the returned product is damaged or its quality has deteriorated due to the Customer’s fault, the Service Provider has the right to deduct compensation from the refunded amount.

6. Complaints and Returning Non-Compliant Products

6.1. The Service Provider is responsible for product defects that appear within 2 years of delivery.

6.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Damage or deterioration caused by the Customer;
  • Defects arising from improper use of the product;
  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use.

6.3. If a product is defective, the Customer must notify ITT Group OÜ within 2 months of discovering the defect. Failure to do so without a valid reason may result in the loss of the right to claim non-compliance.

6.4. In case of non-compliance, the Customer has the right to request product replacement or withdraw from the order, returning the defective product at the Service Provider's expense.

6.5. If a defective product is returned, the full purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to the Customer’s bank account within 30 days of receiving the return request.

7. Personal Data and Its Use

7.1. The Customer grants explicit consent to the Service Provider to process their personal data.

7.2. Personal data is collected when a customer relationship is established through placing an order or creating an account. The personal data provided by the Customer is stored in the customer registry and used for sales transactions.

7.3. The Service Provider will not share registered personal data with third parties.

7.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to share personal data with authorities in cases where it is legally required or necessary to protect life, health, or freedom.

7.5. The Customer has the right to check, modify, or request deletion of their personal data.

7.6. The Customer agrees to receive an order confirmation email upon submitting an order.

7.7. The Customer agrees to receive marketing offers via email.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

8.1. Both the Service Provider and the Customer are liable for damages caused by breach of these terms, as per Estonian law.

8.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for damages or delays in product delivery caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Agreement’s terms.

9.2. By checking the box "I have read and agree to the ITT Group OÜ E-store User Agreement" when placing an order, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms.

ITT Group OÜ User Agreement is valid from 15.12.2014.
